A separate counter is set at the hotel, where all check-in formalities are carried out by our team. Welcome cards are placed in each room with details about the flow of events and guests are sent personalised messages on their phones so they can keep track of the real time schedule of events. Rooms hampers, wedding favours can also be arranged on request.
